Welcome to dishin’. I developed this blog after realizing that I’ve been collecting recipes for so long that they will soon need their own room. I mean it; I have way too many food magazines, cookbooks and recipe binders for my little Boston apartment. So, rather than continuing to just look at my piles of recipes, I’ve decided to find (more) time to cook and share them with you.
I’m not a chef by trade; food and cooking is just something I enjoy. You’ll see a lot of healthy (but not boring) recipes on this site and some treats too! I’ll also chronicle the restaurants I visit and food events I attend.
Outside of the kitchen, I work in marketing communications and am a former freelance food critic. I am available for freelance writing and marketing/communication strategy so please email me for more informtaion.
My other interests include traveling, reading, staying active, Boston sports, celebrity gossip, shopping, and of course, my wonderful friends and family. See, my life doesn’t totally revolve around food.
